Computer Troubleshooting

As perfect as computer can made, there is a time when the computer can also be troublesome. Sometimes you get  upset with it. Don’t worry be happy. Cause you know I’ill there to fix you electronic pet. Trough this web, first you have to know what type problem is it?


Troubleshooting are divided into two types.
1.Hardware troubleshoot
2.Software troubleshoot

Hardware troubleshoot effects to physical part of computer.
Example basic hardware problems:
-Power failure in a computer
-Device problem like keyboard, mouse, printer not recognized

Software troubleshoot effects to any program file or an application running in a computer or laptop.
Example basic of software problems:
-Unable to install a program
-The program does not load and keep stay even until your laptop battery       running low 10% or an error when it attempts to load
-The system crashes/error whe working with specific software

let’s see some of the problems and how to fix it.

1.  The computer is on but no display screen.
This often turns out I encountered the problem is only trivial , memory / ram loose or dirty legs     ( the brass ) or memory die .
How to fix it:
- Off and replace the computer cable
- Clean the legs are yellowish with a pencil eraser
- Try to replace them with the new one

2.  The computer sound TIT 3x slow/fast..
But the power of life but it cut no damage to the VGA display the card , can be loose or dirty legs or die .
How to fix it:
- Remove and plug it in again
- Clean the legs are yellowish with a pencil eraser
- Try to replace them with the new

3.  The mouse and keyboard does not work.
Check the connection of the computer mouse or the keyboard wire with the computer. If the wire is plugged in yet the device is not detected, you may have to reboot your computer.
You can also check the following:
1)  Right-click on the My computer icon
2)  Click Properties option from the submenu
3)  Click Device Manager option from the list of task given
4)  The Device manager window appears


4.  The computer starts up in ‘safe mode’
1)  Click Start Menu then Programs option then Accessories
2)  Select System tool and click on Defragmentation
3)  One the defragmentation is over restart your computer and check.
Defragmentation frees up the file that were overlapping. You must call the technician is he problem still persist.

5.  The printer does not work
1)  Click on Start then Setting then Printers, and right click on the printer icon.
2)  Select properties and press the Print Test Page button. If the test page fails to print, make sure the printer cable is firmly fixed in both the computer and printer.
3)   You should also check the ends of the printer cable to make sure that none of the the prongs are bent.
4)  If the test print fails, or if the printer consists of unwanted characters or a few characters printed over many pages, you need to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers for your printer.

Many of the computer problems can be solved with your skill. However you must always remember that juggling with the system files and computer hardware may sometimes lead to more errors. Therefore, when you feel the problem is too complicated better you attempt to solved it only under the supervision of an elder or a computer technician.
