Hardware
troubleshoot effects to physical part of computer.

How to fix it:
- Off and replace the computer cable

5. The printer does not work
1) Click on Start then Setting
then Printers, and right click on the printer icon.
2) Select properties and press the Print Test Page
button. If the test page fails to print, make sure the printer cable is firmly
fixed in both the computer and printer.

also check the ends of the printer cable to make sure that none of the the
prongs are bent.
4) If the test print fails, or if the printer
consists of unwanted characters or a few characters printed over many pages,
you need to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers for your printer.

system files and computer hardware may sometimes lead to more errors.
